In most cases your average deck will cost approximately $16 to
$25 per sq foot. Average decks are 12'x20' and most often built of
Construction Heart Redwood, a treated (wolmanized) frame, with a
snow rail system, and steps to the ground. There are many factors
to consider during the final proposal, but what I offer over the
competition is that the price I give you is a BID NOT AN ESTIMATE.
