cost approximately $11.60 to $16.50 per linear foot.
To determine how many linear feet you have, just figure out where
the fence will start and go to where it will stop. This will give you a
very good estimate. The posts of the fence are usually out of cedar
and sunk about 24" to 36" deep. Fence planks usually are 6' to 8'
feet tall for a normal privacy fence.
We use galvanized ring shank nails for better wear and tear during
the weathering process. Just as with designing a deck there are
extras to be considered when determining a final price for your
fence, do you need a gate, what type of material, do you want it
sealed, and etc.
We focus on uniquely designed fences to compliment your
landscaping, but we also offer discounts for fencing when you can
get more homeowners involved. So, the more neighbors you get
involved, lowers the price for everyone. On my fences I offer a two
year warranty on parts and labor, which is unfounded in the fence
building community.
There are many factors to consider during the final proposal as
mentioned above, but what I offer over the competition is the price I
give you is a BID NOT AN ESTIMATE.
